Hon. John Olusina Ogunsola, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the Oluyole Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 General Elections, has promised to provide interest-free loans and more business opportunities to women plank sellers in Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Ogunsola John Olusina made the promise during a consultation visit to the women plank sellers at Sawmill, New Garage, Ibadan on Thursday, 15th October, which was part of his consultations with stakeholders in the Constituency where he engaged with them for supports towards his ambition in the forthcoming 2027 General Elections.
During the meeting, the women offered prayers for his success in the said forthcoming 2027 General Elections, expressing their support for his ambition to represent Oluyole Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives while referencing his philanthropic contributions towards humanity and Oluyole residents for the past decades.
As part of his engagement with the traders, Ogunsola John Olusina pledged to introduce a revolving loan scheme without interest to support their businesses and improve their economic activities, outside supporting their businesses with utility trucks.
According to him, the loan scheme would be managed by the executives of the women’s association to ensure proper coordination and administration of the funds.
The proposed initiative is expected to provide the beneficiaries with access to financial assistance to sustain and expand their businesses.
The meeting formed part of Ogunsola John Olusina’s engagement with residents and business groups in Oluyole as he seeks to represent the Constituency in the 2027 General Elections.
Among the executives of the association present are: Mrs Adejoke Ogunsanya, Chairperson ,Alhaja Lawal Oluwakemi, Vice chairperson, Mrs Tewogbade Beatice, Secretary, Alhaja kaosara Olajide Assistant Secretary.
