Ace Mall, on Saturday, opened its 11th outlet in Iseyin, Iseyin local government area of Oyo State, with the promise to continue rending quality services and goods at affordable rates.
Speaking at the event, Chief Executive Officer, Adeyinka Afonja said that the one of the company’s philosophies remains commitment to serve the people irrespective of their economic background or class by bringing its services nearer to people in rural areas.
His words: “Beyond profit, this investment in Iseyin is developmental as the aim is to contribute to the growth and development of Oke-Ogun and Oyo state as a whole.
“A big town like Iseyin needs access to modern trade, entertainment, leisure and relaxation. The great and classy Iseyin people need ultramodern facilities as a need to be regarded as one of the urban centers in the state.”
Afonja commended the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration for providing a conducive atmosphere for business to thrive by opening up roads to Iseyin and Oke ogun.
His words: “The Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration has created a conducive atmosphere and business-friendly environment by opening up the road to Iseyin, the gateway to Oke-Ogun from all directions.
“This is the catalyst for the actualization of this project. His developmental mindset has allowed private sectors to thrive easily in the face of the economic reality of the country as a whole.
“As private players, we are complimenting his excellent visions to create more urban centers and reduce rural-urban migration. We believe the arrival of Ace in Iseyin will complement the new LAUTECH Campus.
“The mall has been built to match high global standards by all ramifications despite the toil to complete in record time, as the project started in May and here we are in October with full preparation to serve the good people of Iseyin.”
While commissioning the Mall, Archbishop Ayo Ladigbolu, who doubled as the Chairman of the occasion, expressed gratitude to be part of the Ace Mall success story.
He said: “Unveiling this project is of great excitement to me. From the inception in 2012, Ace Mall has proven to be people’s brand with their undying commitment to serve the people’s needs.
“It is to be observed that Ace Mall remains a shining light that others follow. History bears witness to Ace in Oyo, Abeokuta, Ilorin and Osogbo towns because once Ace visits a town what I observe is that other investment follows. Ace is an Umbrella ordained by God, and I pray to God to keep multiplying the brand’s endeavors.” He stated.
