The Aare Alawo Ekun of Ofiki Land, His Royal Highness Oba Gbenga Adigun Adeoye Oyetunji Oyinlola II JP phf has reacted to his appointment as the chairman, Policy Advisory Committee by the Chairman-elect of ATISBO local government area, Alhaji Bashir Olumuyiwa Alade.
Aare Ofiki in a statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen on Monday said the choice of the Chairman-elect for the committee shows great wisdom.
The traditional ruler also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his administration’s giant strides in infrastructure and human resources development across the state.
He expressed optimism that aftermath of the local government election will foster accelerated execution of Omititun 2.0 agenda and other local policies in ATISBO local government.
While accepting to work in the committee, he congratulated the Chairman-elect over his victory at the poll.
The statement read: “It’s heartwarming when the Chairman Elect Atisbo Local Government contacted me on appointing me as the Chairman of his administration Policy Advisory Committee.
“His choice of chairman and members from stakeholders who are distinguished community and religious leaders shows great wisdom. It further asserts that he’s indeed ready to work for the people as a servant leader.
“In the same vein, we want to appreciate His Excellency Engineer Dr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde for his administration giant strides in infrastructure and human resources development across Oyo State.
“We are optimistic that the aftermath of the local government election will foster accelerated execution of Omititun 2.0 agenda and other local policies in the Atisbo local government.
