An illustrious Son of Ibadanland ,Olaide Olasupo of ward 1, E1/243a , Odo Elegun in Itabale Olugbode of Ibadan, with a global brand has described the good governance recorded in Oyo State by Governor Seyi Makinde as a template needed in Nigeria.
The global brand business executive, Olaide Olasupo said Oyo State is blessed with the youthful impact of Governor Makinde in Infrastructure, policy making, housing development, pension /gratuity payment and welfare packages for the state workforce.
Olaide Olasupo added that the uplifting of Ibadan Airport project and the Ibadan Circular road will re-brand Ibadanland and bring more investors to the state.
Speaking on infrastructural development, the business tycoon said the project embarked upon by Makinde’s administration are gigantic that can be compared to the vision of the late Sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo, and was optimistic of the project standing the test of time.
Noting that the indelible mark of Governor Seyi Makinde is incomparable with any western state Governor in this century.
He noted that Nigeria governance system needed a youthful visionary individuals that can drive the economy and Socio Political stability of the country.
Olaide Olasupo who is a chieftain of the PDP since 2003, who also once flied the flag at UK PDP Chapter while speaking on the Governance at the federal level, said anytime Governor Makinde is ready to declare presidential ambition he will
drum support with like-minded business tycoon to mobilize resources home and abroad for the realization of the dream.
On the issue of Succession, the global brand business-man, Olaide Olasupo, who is also the founder of “Ibadan progressive elite movement” (IPEM), said any adopted candidate of Governor Makinde for 2027 Governorship election must emerge victorious at the poll.
