Nigeria’s communications minister, Barr Adebayo Shittu, is going to commission his ‘ministerial constituency office’ any moment from now.
The magnificent building, which is said to be owned by a two-term former member of the House of Representatives, is at Veterinary Junction on Mokola- Sango road, Mokola, Ibadan.
Though a ‘ministerial constituency office’ is unknown in the Nigeria’s political space, sources said that Shittu, being the first Minister in the history of Nigeria to have such, “will use the office to get information on all his activities as minister.”
Apart from using the office as his governorship campaign office,. “The building will also serve as the zonal office of Buhari- Osinbajo Support Group, people from all walks of life working for Mr. President seconnd term agenda. Members of the group from Oyo, Ogun, Ekiti, Osun,Lagos and Ondo will have their meetings here to support Buhari-Osinbajo and the All Progressives Congress. ”
