From the youngest federal lawmaker from Oyo State, Hon. Adedapo Lam-Adesina came a backing for the #Nottooyoungtorun bill.
In a Facebook post made by the youthful Lam-Adesina who represents Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East in the House of Representatives, the former commissioner in the state assured that as a young person, they should not worry about what he will vote for when the bill is submitted tomorrow by the constitution review committee.
According to him: “I am a young person and I support without any reservation the #nottooyoungtorun bill.I am very aware that the amendment on the above subject matter is part of the report of the constitution review committee that will be submitted and voted on by all members on the floor of the house tomorrow Wednesday 24th July,2017.
“Be rest assured that MY vote is in total support of that particular amendment.
“I want to implore all young people reading this post to encourage members representing their constituencies to vote in support of the amendment.
“I believe that with more positive minded,active and developmental oriented young people in the system,the future is very bright for our nation.
“I am a youth and I am very proud to be a youth.
