The Nigeria’s Premier University, University of Ibadan has released the names of its 26 students who graduated with first class at the Law School Final Bar Examinations for 2019.
Recall that insideoyo.com had earlier reported that a total of five thousand, six hundred and eighty-nine, (5,689) students sat for the Bar finals in which 894 students failed to make it through.
The summary of the results shows that 147 students bagged the first-class degree making it a total of 2.58%, while 741 bagged the second class upper degree making up 13.03%.
Among the 147 students are 26 students of the institution.
The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof Abel Idowu Olayinka in a post on his social media account congratulated the students for their superlative performance.
He said “All hail the champions for the superlative performance. We are proud of you all. Congratulations are in order. Higher still while wishing you all the best in your career.”
