The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has commiserated with Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi, over the death of the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Michael Adeyemo.
Adeyemo died on Friday after a heart attack.
He was 47 years old.
Tinubu said in his letter to Governor Ajimobi: “I was shocked and saddened to learn of the death of the Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Michael Adeyemo.
“For a young man with such a promising career to be so plucked by death leaves a sour taste in the mouth. But who are we to question God?
“Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. I also extend, through you, my condolences to the family left behind by the deceased, to his colleagues in the state assembly and to the government and people of Oyo State.
Tinubu also mourned with the Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, over the demise of his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Imam Dalhatu Imam.
