The Acting Rector of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Mr. Olaniyi Adekunle has felicitated with muslims all over the world on the occasion of this year’s eid-el-kabir celebration.
In a press release, signed by the Acting Registrar of the institution, Mr. Paul Oyediran, the Acting Rector thanked Almighty Allah for the opportunity he has given Muslims all over the world and OYSCATECH Muslim Community to witness this year’s eid-el-kabir celebration.
The Acting Rector called on Muslims to imbibe the lessons of eid-el-kabir and learn from Prophet Ibrahim’s faith and total dependence on God.
He said all must trust in the power of the Almighty God at this challenging time that the entire world is confronted with COVID-19 pandemic.
He prayed for God’s protection for all and sundry, while urging the people to continue to observe the Covid -19 safety guidelines as recommended by National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
