The President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation (POF), Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, on Tuesday paid a sallah homage to the Chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, Alhaji (Pharm) Olaide Abass at his Igboora residence.
Olaoluwa, while speaking at Igboora, felicitated Alhaji Abass on the 2025 Eid-el-Kabir festival and prayed for continued strength and blessing for him for smooth sail and success of the party.
Olaoluwa stated that it is important for all members and stakeholders of the party to join hands with the Chairman and other leaders so as to move the party forward.
OPA affirmed that APC remains the most widely accepted party not only in the country but across the continent.
He lauded various initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led federal government, which are bringing in positive results and thereby moving the nation forward.
He congratulated the Chairman on his confirmation as the substantive party chairman and assured him of his support and that of his supporters across the state.
While responding, Alhaji Olaide Abass commended Olaoluwa for his commitment to the ideals of the progressive and urged him not to relent in his contributions to the party.
He assured all members of Oyo APC of open and transparent leadership and called for support for the party and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Abass added that the APC is poised to reclaim the government of Oyo State so as to bring good governance to the people of Oyo State.
Olaoluwa was accompanied on the visit by the Secretary Generall of POF, Canon Joseph Dopamu, Bishop Oduleke, former Afijio council boss, Hon Remi Adeniyi among others.
