The National Leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Hammed Tinubu has on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Agbaakin Parakoyi of Ibadanland, Oloye Bayo Adelabu in Ibadan.
This was made known by Adelabu in a post on his social media accounts.
It reads: This evening, the national leader of our great party, All Progressives Congress (APC), @AsiwajuTinubu paid a courtesy visit to us, where he was our guest in Ibadan.
“The Jagaban of Borgu was gracefully welcomed by myself and party faithfuls who were obviously gladdened to received the great leader in our midst, along with Baba Bisi Akande, the pioneer party chairman.”
InsideOyo.com gathered that Tinubu paid the visit after a close door meeting with the duo of the former governor Rauf Aregbesola, who is also the Minister of Interior and Governor Gboyega Oyetola, the Osun State Governor to broker peace between the them.
Adelabu was the governorship candidate of the party in the 2019 general elections in the state.
