Job Description:
  • The Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Program Is a state-level intervention that seeks to mitigate the local effects of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, by protecting the livelihoods of existing and newly poor and vulnerable households, and supporting the recovery of local economic activity especially among MSMEs. As part of the requirements to ensure effective project delivery for the CARES RA-3 programme, there is a need to recruit qualified individuals for the State working office. Role

  • Liaise with stakeholders and project management office.
  • Development and deployment of standardized framework for program operations.
  • Monitoring and approval of disbursements.
  • Overview program resource allocation for data analyses and field support activities.
  • Track all team deliverables across work functions to ensure ownership and accountability.
  • Preparing programme brief, project initiation documents or equivalent amongst other documents.
  • Advise, supervision and support on implementation of tasks assigned to team members.
  • Manage continuous skills acquisition and development of junior staff across required competencies.
  • Plan, monitor and continuously improve the implementation of special projects.
  • Determining and managing risks to the programme
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc and M.Sc in relevant areas with 10 years work experience in related field

  • Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement againstthe performance indicators.
  • Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyse and aggregate findings.
  • Support project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation.
  • Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned DLI Manager.
  • Manage the planning, coordination and/or execution of impact assessment surveys on the program and/or its products.

3. Finance and Administrative Manager

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • EnsurIng office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipmentisworking and properly maintained.
  • Working with management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, stakeholder forums, agent trainings, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

  • Analyst level position who will support all the legal drafting and compilation of agreements in-house in favour of the State prior to on-ward clearance by the Ministry of Justice.

Roles

  • The incumbent will be required to thoroughly draft agreements for investors that have been approved by the PPP office
  • Be actively involved with the PPP Department and Project Delivery Teams during the project presentation sessions
  • Liaise with the investor and the PPP office to ensure that draft agreements are submitted promptly and approved by the State’s Ministry of Justice.
  • Support the PPP office on tasks as designated by the Director General of the Agency
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Director General of the Agency
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Minimum of a LLB with 3 years post NYSC work experience

6. Investment and Financial Analyst

  • The incumbent will be required to assess the financial viability of all projects presented to the Agency
  • Be actively involved with the PPP Department and Project Delivery Teams during the project presentation sessions
  • Submit detailed financial and investment report for each project to the PPP office.
  • Liaise with the Project Management Specialist to determine the project viability in the interest of the State.
  • Support the PPP office on tasks as designated by the Director General of the Agency
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Director General of the Agency
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc in Accounting or Economics with 3 years post NYSC work experience.
  • Possession of an appropriate professional certificate will be an added advantage

7. Project Management Specialist

  • The Associate level  position is tasked with an in-depth evaluation of all projects presented to the Agency

Roles

  • The incumbent will be required to thoroughly analyse projects presented to OYSIPA
  • Be actively Involved with the PPP Department and Project Delivery Teams during the project presentation sessions
  • Liaise with the Investment and Financial Analyst on the viability of the project.
  • Provide a detailed assessment report of the projects to the PPP office
  • Support the PPP office on tasks as designated by the Director General of the Agency
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Director General of the Agency

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc/HND in relevant areas with 5 years post NYSC work experience.
  • Possession of an M.Sc qualification would be an added advantage

8. Analyst (Media & PR)

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: Vocational – FSLC – SSCE – NCE – OND – BA/BSC/HND – MBA/MSC/MA – PhD
  • Location: Oyo | Nigeria.
Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive and result-oriented. In addition, she must be trustworthy and accountable.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Counting of stock (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation and sign off. daily recounting  of stock not balancing
  • Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
  • Monitoring of cash lodgements and other deposits to bank
  • Preparation of monthly bank scheme and bank promo report to head office finance for credit note in favour of the branch
  • Confirmation of lto and lti issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper and manager
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
  • Preparation of branch monthly payroll
  • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
  • Make audit returns – sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.

Monthly preparation of the following:

  • Schedule of goods returned to cwh with grn confirmations received & including lti
  • Interbranch supply – confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods
  • Maintenance and report on inter branch/head office current accounts to head office finance
  • Confirmation of goods received from central warehouse or from hub warehouses
  • Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper
  • Monthly preparation of grn and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting or any other related field (Membership of a recognized professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

9. Analyst (Monitoring & Evaluation)

  • M.Sc will be an added advantage.

Field Operations Lead

Job Description:

As part of the requirements to ensure effective project delivery for the CARES RA-3 programme, there is a need to recruit qualified individuals for the State working office. This office will be domiciled in the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency where it shall interact closely with the Bank of Industry-GEEP and the World Bank team responsible for this project.
  • The OYSIPA Law, 2019 provides for the recruitment of specialized staff to improve the Agency’s operational efficiency. Since the creation of the Agency in the last twelve months there has been increased tasks and as such a pressing need for the establishment of a Programme Management Office (OYSIPA-PMO) that will comprise a team with key job roles for significant improvement In our outputs as an Agency.

Role

  • Monitoring of agent on boarding and orientation process.
  • Agent network management and supervision.
  • Manage enumeration and cash-out planning activities.
  • Manage batch data verification for beneficiaries on the data management platform using agent app.
  • Mobilization for market and field related activities.
  • Manage resources and budget allocation.
  • Execution of pre-disbursement data verification and analysis.
  • Assess and evaluate operations and agent performance.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned DLI Manager.
  • Drive the entire collections strategy for the program.
  • Responsible for ensuring that existing collection channels run seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Liaising with the technology partners to ensure the technology enablers that drive the collections process are up and running
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc and M.Sc in relevant areas with 10 years work experience in related field

Associate (Field Operations)

Associate (Media & PR)

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: Vocational – FSLC – SSCE – NCE – OND – BA/BSC/HND – MBA/MSC/MA – PhD
  • Location: Oyo | Nigeria.
Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive and result-oriented. In addition, she must be trustworthy and accountable.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Counting of stock (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation and sign off. daily recounting  of stock not balancing
  • Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
  • Monitoring of cash lodgements and other deposits to bank
  • Preparation of monthly bank scheme and bank promo report to head office finance for credit note in favour of the branch
  • Confirmation of lto and lti issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper and manager
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
  • Preparation of branch monthly payroll
  • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
  • Make audit returns – sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.

Monthly preparation of the following:

  • Schedule of goods returned to cwh with grn confirmations received & including lti
  • Interbranch supply – confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods
  • Maintenance and report on inter branch/head office current accounts to head office finance
  • Confirmation of goods received from central warehouse or from hub warehouses
  • Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper
  • Monthly preparation of grn and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting or any other related field (Membership of a recognized professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

11. Media and Communications Lead

  • Planning, implementing, coordinating and/or monitoring the implementation of media strategies and programs as well as managing all media partner/vendor relations and KPls.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of content for media publication, and ensure proper distribution.
  • Ensure all media artefacts are well curated and archived.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and
  • dissemination of periodic media engagement reports.
  • Manage the development and distribution of periodic holistic program report in coordination with other units.
  • Synthestze, analyze, and share insights and leamings from the various data sources and program reports for more informed program improvement.
  • Using content management systems and project management software.
  • Aligning digital marketing strategis with overal program goals
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc and M.Sc in relevant areas with 10 years work experience in related field
