The Candidate of the NIP in the last gubernatorial election in Oyo, Bolanle Ashabi Sarumi Aliyu has congratulated the governor-elect Seyi Makinde.
In his statement made available to insideoyo.com on Tuesday, Sarumi Aliyu urged Makinde to keep to his campaign promises made to the people of Oyo State.
