Esv Sarafadeen Toyeshe Lawal, the Head and Coordinating Director of the Oyo State Housing Corporation has been inducted as a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors And Valuers (NIESV).
Lawal was inducted alongside others at the 30th John Wood Ekpenyong Memorial Lecture and 2024 Fellows’ Induction Ceremony of the association which was heldo, on Wednesday, in Abuja, the Federal Capital.
While speaking with newsmen shortly after the induction, Lawal said he was full of joy and praises over the success of the induction ceremony.
He added that the new position was a call to service for him while promising to continue to uphold the tenet of the profession for the betterment of the country and the world in general.
ABOUT ESV. SARAFADEEN TOYESHE LAWAL
Esv. Sarafadeen Toyeshe Lawal was born in the Late 60’s. He attended CAC Primary School, Ita-Bale, Olugbode, Ibadan.
He attended CAC Grammar School Ibadan before he joined Agboju Secondary School, Amuwo, Lagos where he wrote his WASC at one sitting and proceeded to Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State to study Estate Management, he furthered his Education at the Polytechnic Ibadan with HND in Estate Management.
He obtained a B.Sc. in Estate Management at the Lead City University, Ibadan. He also got a Master Degree in Housing Development & Management from the University of Ibadan.
He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (Registered Estate Surveyor), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK). He is a Certificate holder of the Emerging Lions Leader International (ELLI), Oyo State Government Merit Award Recipient, Lion Clubs International Award Winner.
He has attended several trainings, in the field of Estate Management and in the Public Service.
He is currently the Head and Coordinating Director at the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Ibadan.
