Oyo state government is set to host the largest annual gathering of Nigeria’s leading tech professionals, interest groups and stakeholders.
The 2018 conference of the Nigeria Computer Society will hold in Ibadan, Oyo state from July 17-19, 2018.
A statement from the government on Friday stated that the administration of Governor Abiola Ajimobi has set the pace in digital innovation, inclusion and development.
“The state government is therefore glad to host and play a major role in the 2018 National Conference of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS).
“This was a major outcome as the Executive team of the NCS, led by its National President, Professor G.A Aderounmu, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the SA-ICT to meet the state’s ICT team earlier today; and also to the office of the Hon. Commissioner for Information, Culture & Tourism, ” the statement reads.
