The Chairman said the Commission has made remarkable progress since its inauguration on the 16th of December, 2019.

According to him, as the Commission responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Oyo State Legislative personnel, the Annual Report is therefore meant to carry staff and all other stakeholders along in matters concerning the Commission.

” The Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission will continue to ensure that the Legislative Service in the State is distinct from the Civil Service in administration and outlook. As a separate arm of Government, the Legislative Staff are entitled to Legislative salary structure, Legislative loan scheme and Legislative pension scheme among others. All these we have identified and we shall put into fruition once the Financial Autonomy of the State Legislature is finally put into effective operation.” Rt Hon AbdulWasi Musah said.
