As you embark on your tenure as President, I want to remind you of the promises in your Renewed Hope manifesto. During your campaign, you outlined a vision for a better Nigeria, highlighting key areas of focus and outlining strategies to address them. I urge you to remain steadfast in your commitment to fulfilling these promises and prioritise the Nigerian people’s welfare and aspirations.

In your manifesto, you emphasized the need for economic transformation and the creation of job opportunities for our citizens. Nigeria is blessed with vast resources and a resilient population, and it is essential that we harness these assets to drive sustainable growth and reduce unemployment. I implore you to implement policies that promote investment, encourage entrepreneurship, and foster a conducive business environment. By doing so, we can unlock the potential of our economy, create employment opportunities, and improve the standard of living for all Nigerians.

Furthermore, your manifesto highlighted the importance of good governance, transparency, and accountability. Nigerians yearn for a government that operates with integrity and upholds the rule of law. I urge you to lead by example, ensuring that your administration is characterized by transparency, efficiency, and the highest ethical standards. By strengthening institutions, promoting accountability, and combating corruption, you can restore trust in our governance and demonstrate your commitment to the Nigerian people.

Education, healthcare, infrastructure, and security were also key areas of focus in your manifesto. These sectors are vital for the progress and well-being of our nation. I urge you to allocate adequate resources and develop comprehensive strategies to address the challenges in each area. Investing in education, improving healthcare facilities, enhancing infrastructure development, and prioritizing national security can lay the foundation for a prosperous and secure Nigeria.

As you assume the highest office in our land, I encourage you to be a unifying force for our diverse nation. Nigeria is home to various ethnicities, religions, and cultures, and it is crucial that we foster an inclusive society that embraces our differences. I implore you to promote dialogue, understanding, and social cohesion, thereby strengthening our unity and creating an environment where every Nigerian feels valued and heard.

In conclusion, Mr. President, I congratulate you once again on your inauguration as the President of Nigeria. I trust that you will remain dedicated to fulfilling the promises you made in your Renewed Hope manifesto. Your success in delivering on these commitments will shape the future of our great nation and the lives of millions of Nigerians.

May your tenure be marked by effective governance, progress, and prosperity for all. Nigeria looks to you for leadership, and I am hopeful that you will steer our nation towards a brighter future.

Yours sincerely,
Abiola Oyelami
