Executive Chairman of Oorelope Local Government, Igboho, Hon. Akeem Adepoju Raheem, has felicitated the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
Raheem equally welcomed the Governor to Saki, stating that the people of Oke Ogun are, indeed, grateful to the Governor for his people-centred and impactful leadership, which has made life meaningful for the people of the state.
The council chairman, who stated this on Thursday, in a press statement made available to newsmen, said Governor Makinde’s life has been exemplary and that he has touched countless lives through his humanitarian and philanthropic disposition.
He said: “On behalf of the Government and good people of Oorelope Local Government, I congratulate our leader and Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Governor ‘Seyi Makinde, on his 54th birthday.
“Today, I celebrate a man with the heart of gold; the God-Sent Man to Oyo State and a leader like no other as he marks his birthday.
“We appreciate God for giving Governor ‘Seyi Makinde to us in Oyo State. I celebrate the amazing life of service and his undying passion for making people happy.
“I equally welcome the Governor to Saki and I, on behalf of the people of the local government and Oke Ogun, appreciate His Excellency for his people-centred leadership and countless achievements across the state.
