Chief Niyi Akintola, a frontline legal luminary has said there is nothing to worry about on the rumbling surrounding who becomes the next Olubadan of Ibadan.
The All Progressives Congress, APC gubernatorial hopeful said the next person in line is known and that has been confirmed by the High Chiefs.
Chief Niyi Akintola said this while responding to questions from journalists on Saturday at the traditional burial rites for the late Olubadan
He said: “Our respected fathers are working assiduously to perfect issues regarding the crowning of the next OLUBADAN which is not shrouded in secrecy.”
He maintained that the Ibadan system is open and transparent.
” Onilu o ni fe ko baje” he ended
The Ibadan born legal luminary also visited the Olubadan-designate, Chief Lekan Balogun and former Governor Rashidi Ladoja.
