Old Students Association of Urban Day Grammar School Elekuro in Ibadan, has received the Oyo state government nod for the resuscitation of the school.
This was made known in a letter addressed to the Old Students by the Oyo state government dated 10th of January, 2020.
The state government also advised the stakeholders to work along with Local Inspector of Education for the re establishment of the school.
The school will be sited at Orita Aperin Elekuro in Ibadan.
Insideoyo.com gathered that Old Students of the school have to build the school from the scratch as there is nothing on ground presently.
Meanwhile, the former Attorney General of Oyo state, Asiwaju Mutalubi Ojo Adebayo is the immediate past president of the school’s Old Students’ Association.
Adebayo handed over to Comrade Solomon Alani Bankole at the 4th Annual General Meeting of the association held on Friday 22nd of December, 2019.
