The Ogbomosho First Community Initiative (O’First) congratulates HRM the new Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Afolabi Oluseye Olaoye (Orumogege IV) on his ascension to the throne of his forefathers.

The statement reads: “t is with great joyfulness that we extend our congratulations to you on this momentous occasion as you begin your journey of service to Ogbomosoland.
“Our prayer is for your reign to be peaceful, filled with prosperity, guided by the values of service for effective leadership and also be a shining example to all.
“We felicitate with all sons and daughters of Ogbomosho land on this monumental development and pray for peace, progress and development of the domain, Oyo State and the nation at large.
“We also appeal to all and sundry to embrace peaceful coexistence and collaboration for the progress of the city and its environs.”
O-First also pledged its unalloyed support to the new monarch and assured him of their determination to continue to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ogbomosholand.
“May the Lord shower His blessings upon you and guide you every step of the way.”
