A Former Chairman Nigerian Bar Association, Ibadan branch and All Progressives Congress, APC governorship aspirant during the 2019 general elections, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has felicitated with all workers in Oyo state describing their contributions to the economy of Oyo state and the nation as priceless.
He made this known in a release made available to newsmen on Saturday in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
Agbaje also wished all workers in the state in both the formal and informal sectors, God’s guidance, blessings, and protection urging them to selflessly continue to contribute their quota for the development and progress of the Oyo State, Nigeria and the world at large.
He said: “As we mark this year’s Workers’ Day, all workers in the state should be proud that their significant contributions keep the state moving forward – as they are the lifeblood of our dear state, and the nation at large as well as an integral part of the fabric that makes up our society.
“Happy workers day to all the hardworking people who contribute to make our society a better place.”
He prayed that may the workers not sweat in vain adding that May the workers always enjoy the fruit of their labour.
