Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, on Thursday sworn in the Clerk of the State House of Assembly, Mrs Foluke Oyediran and two others as Permanent secretaries in the state civil service.
The two others, namely Mrs Adenike Olufadewa and Mrs Olukemi Moradeyo were sworn in Permanent secretaries of Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission and School Administration respectively.
This was made known via Makinde’s twitter account.
The ceremony which was attended by family members and well wishers was held at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan, the state capital.
Makinde, while speaking wished the new permanent secretaries well in their positions.
His words: “This morning, 3 new Permanent Secretaries: Mrs Foluke Oyediran and Mrs Adenike Olufadewa (Oyo State House of Assembly) and Mrs Olukemi Moradeyo (School Administration), were sworn-in at a ceremony at Govt House.
“I congratulated them and wished them well in their new positions.”
In a related development, Makinde also sworn in Justice Aderonke Aderemi As President, Oyo State Customary Court of Appeal.
Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state was in attendance for the swearing of the Justice.
His words: “It was an honour to host the swearing-in ceremony of Honourable Justice Aderonke Aderemi as the new President of the Oyo State Customary Court of Appeal, at Govt House, today.
” The ceremony was attended by my brother, the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Arakurin Rotimi Akeredolu.”
