As part of efforts aimed at conducting a free and fair council polls, the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission, OYSIEC, will meet representatives of all political parties today.
Scheduled to hold at Parliament Building, Secretariat, Ibadan at 11 am, the commission will discuss modalities for the conduct of election with the parties.

OYSIEC had, last week, announced May 12, 2018 as election day in the state, with deadline of submission fixed for February 14, 2018.
The announcement, insideoyo.com observed, has made political activities in the state to be lively again, after more than 7 years without council polls.
