Dr. Lekan Are, Ibadan-based businessman and owner of Kakanfo Inn, will be buried on Friday, February 21, 2020.
According to Are’s family, the burial rites will start on February 17 and end 21.
The business mogul and PUNCH director dird at the age of 86.
His lying-in-state is scheduled to hold on February 20 at the Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre from 1pm to 3pm while Night of Tributes will follow by 6pm at Lekan Are Hall, Government College Ibadan
On February 21, there will be a procession from GCI to Aboderin compound, Oke Are, by 8 am.
At 11 am, the burial service will hold at the Cathedral of Saint David, Kudeti. Interment follows immediately at the church premises.
