Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi, a former chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Oyo State Park Management System (PMS), has promised to embrace peace and agree with the state government’s move to reposition the PMS
He said he will comply and cooperate with the reform and integration of other unions into the Park Management System (PMS).
Auxiliary as being fondly called, spoke from hideout on a popular radio station, in Ibadan, on Saturday.
The former PMS leader sounded note of warning to any of his boys not to foment trouble or any act of violence in Ibadan and other parts of the state.
He commended Governor Seyi Makinde and Otunba Seye Famojuro calling them his benefactors who have done well for him. He said he would be forever grateful to them.
While reacting to the Police police for declaring him wanted, Auxiliary said such declaration was not meant for him adding that “when I’m not a fool, how could hide stockpile those weapons at my residence.”
Recall that the Police had declared him wanted in connection with cases of attempted murder, causing grevious harm, Arms Dealing , murder, armed robbery within Oyo state and Kidnapping at Oke-ogun and Ibarapa axis of the state.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, who addressed newsmen at the command’s headquarters, Eleyele in Ibadan, said, “The general public particularly good citizens of the state are hereby notified that LAMIDI MUKAILA AKA AUXILIARY ‘M’ whose Photograph appears above is wanted by the Nigeria Police Force, Oyo State command in connection with cases of; attempted murder, causing grievous harm, arms dealing, murder, armed robbery within the state and kidnapping at Oke-ogun and Ibarapa axis of the State.”
