A former Governor of Oyo State,Senator Rashidi Ladoja has charged the leadership of the Oyo State Housing Corporation to keep alive the dreams of the founding fathers of the Corporation.
Senator Ladoja gave the charge in Ibadan during a courtesy call on the chairman of the corporation, Barr. Bayo Lawal at the Bodija headquarters of the corporation.
The former Governor hinted that the corporation came into existence to address the issue of decent and safe environment for members of the public.
He said the corporation had all it takes to ensure the realization of the objectives.
The Osi Olubadan urged the corporation to come up with strategies to modernize all it’s estates and bring them at par with their likes in other parts of the world.
The former Governor commended the chairman of the corporation, Barr. Bayo Lawal for his efforts at repositioning the organization for greater efficiency.
Welcoming the former Governor to the corporation, Barr Bayo Lawal said the corporation had suffered a neglect in the past which had impacted negatively on its fortunes.
Barr.Lawal however disclosed that the corporation under its leadership was poised to restore its lost glories.
The Chairman of the Corporation said ,he was ready to tap from the wealth of experience of the former Governor to make the organization a success story.
The former Governor was accompanied on the visit by his wife Alhaja (Barr.)Rashidat Ladoja .
