The Aare Ofiki, His Royal Highness, Oba Gbenga Adigun Adeoye Oyetunji Oyinlola II, JP phf, has expressed his deep sadness over the passing of Chief Michael Koleoso, a renowned leader and development icon in Oke Ogun.
In a condolence message on Tuesday, Oba Adeoye described Chief Koleoso as a motivator and personal counselor, who inspired him to strive for excellence.
He praised Chief Koleoso’s giant strides in the development of Oke Ogun, saying that no one in the region has matched his achievements.
Oba Adeoye who’s also the Chairman, ATISBO local government area Policy Advisory Committee noted that Chief Koleoso’s death is a huge blow to the people of Oke Ogun, particularly at a time when his influence was being felt in government corridors towards the region’s development.
He commended Chief Koleoso’s love for hard work, vision, and bravery, and recalled his words of encouragement: “Keep doing your best, you can’t finish it.”
The monarch offered his condolences to Governor Seyi Makinde and the state, saying that they would greatly miss Chief Koleoso’s inspirational moments and words.
He prayed for the soul of Chief Koleoso to rest in peace.
