Busty Nollywood actress, Funke Adesiyan has declared her intention to re-contest for a seat at the Oyo State House of Assembly under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), insideoyo.com reports.
Adesiyan is aspiring to represent Ibadan South East State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
The pig and fish farmer who contested the same position in 2015 under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has finally picked her nomination form for the 2019 elections but this time under the platform of the All Progressives Congress.

The thespian in her Instagram post on Thursday, September 13, said: “By the grace of God and the support of my people, I have picked the Expression of Interest form to contest The State House of Assembly in the forthcoming 2019 election under the platform of our Great Party APC. Mine is an unflinching desire to serve my people. We shall not retreat nor surrender till our women and youths have desired representation.”
Insideoyo.com recalls that the actress, despite losing the 2015 election, appreciated her supporters by throwing a ‘thank you’ party to commend them for standing by her before, during and after the election.
