Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Asiwaju Seun Fakorede has tested negative for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) after his fifth result.
Fakorede, who is also the youngest commissioner in Nigeria’s history, had on the 26th of June announced that he tested positive for Coronavirus without any symptoms/breakdown.
Special Assistant to the commissioner, said on Wednesday that Fakorede’s 5th test eventually came negative.
In June 2020, Governor Makinde announced that three members of the Oyo State Executive Council contracted COVID-19. The governor did not close the identity of the executive council members but the youngest commissioner announced his status few days later.
No update on the status of other executive council members at the moment.
