The new Caretaker Chairman of Ibarapa North Local Government, Hon. Shittu Liasu Ololade has met with the head of local government administration, to seek their cooperation towards improving the lives of the people.
Addressing local government personnel on Monday in his Ayete Office, Ololade said that he is ready to use his experience and advice from members of staff to stir the affairs of the local government to the promise land.
He said, “I am full of hope because this is not my first time in this office, and most of these faces are well known to me. We have a new assignment and it is with open heart I am welcoming all of us to duty.
“We are working in the direction of our able Governor, His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde, therefore, let us deploy all our skills and energy to achieve a better Ibarapa North Local government.
“I am seeking the support of all the head of departments, the staff, and the entire residents of Ibarapa North Local government, I am open to progressive advice and ideas that will put smile on the faces of our people.”
In the meeting was the Head of Local Government Administrators, Alhaji Kunle Ogunsola, the outgoing Head of Local Government Administration, (HLA), Deacon Adetunji Majaro, the new HLA, Comrade Adedigba, Director of Admin and general service, Alhaji Oladiti R.A, the Director Of Finance and supplies and other directors at the Local government.
In his response, Deacon Majaro Adetunji welcomed the Caretaker Chairman, wishing him a successful tenure as he pledged undiluted support on behave of the entire council staff.
