Hon. Lateef Akorede, Chairman of Ibarapa North, convened a monthly peace and security meeting on Friday, reaffirming his administration’s support for security agencies and traditional rulers in the region.

The meeting, held at the chairman’s office, brought together representatives from various security agencies and traditional rulers across Ibarapa North to discuss prevailing security challenges and efforts to address them.
Security agencies reported progress in addressing security challenges, attributing their success to divine guidance and the chairman’s support.
They emphasized the importance of collaboration and urged traditional rulers to promptly report security incidents to the nearest agency.
Hon. Akorede pledged his administration’s total support to security agencies, ensuring they can effectively discharge their duties.
He assured the public that his administration will support security efforts and engage the community to rid Ibarapa North of criminality.
The meeting reaffirmed the chairman’s commitment to peace and security in the region.
