The Chairman of Ibarapa East PDP Elders Forum and former Oyo State Commissioner of Information, Hon. Moses Ojoawo, has commended Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin, for his impactful representation in Ibarapa East.
Ojoawo who inspected ongoing development projects in the constituency, including Temidire Grammar/Secondary School in Ward 3 and Ojonamo Border Community in Ward 10, Lanlate, said they are near completion.
The projects, personally executed by the Speaker, feature modern classrooms, staff rooms, and sports facilities.
Ogundoyin has been actively involved in various development initiatives in Ibarapa East, including education and infrastructure projects.
Similar major projects completed within the tenure include the Maternity Centre completed and equipped at Lagaye, Ward 5; the Muslim Worship Centre at Oloro Village, Ward 3; the Maya Town Hall at Ward 8, Lanlate; Students’ Secretariat (FESU) Eruwa.
Also, there are other projects like 40 boreholes to provide clean water, loan/bursary to indigent students food and financial support for the aged and the less privileged and so on.
Ojoawo, a full term Commissioner at the Oyo state House of Assembly Service Commission expressed his satisfaction with Ogundoyin’s efforts, stating he’s impressed with his representation over the past six years.
“May God grant him more grace to do more for the people of Ibarapa East in particular and Oyo State in general,” Ojoawo prayed.
