Governorship candidate of Accord in Oyo State Alhaji Saheed Ajadi has hinted that if elected, he would introduce the usage of bio-gas which would be generated through feaces, stressing that he would turn faeces to wealth.
He stated this when the state leader of the party, Dr Adebukola Ajaja led a campaign visit to the Aseyin of Iseyinland Oba, Abulganiyu Salawu’s palace in Iseyin.
Ajadi pledged to revitalize the economy of the state through agriculture and provision of basic amenities.
According to a report by Radio Nigeria, he explained that the state had been lagging behind in critical sectors said if elected, he would focus on agricultural revolution to transform the state.
“We will focus on youth empowerment, education, agriculture and provision of social amenities. we will do things differently to rejuvenate Oyo”, the report quoted him.
Reacting, the monarch noted that the accord governorship flag bearer was an accessible and vibrant young politician who hailed from a reputable family in Oyo State.
