The last batch of the Intending Pilgrims (year 2019) to Mekhah and Medinah with the State Pilgrims’ Welfare Board (Muslim wing) have successfully arrived at the kingdom of Saudi Arabia safely for this year Hajj exercise.
Badmus Ibrahim, Press Officer, Oyo State Muslim Pilgrimage Board, quoted the Chairman of the Board, Prof. Sayed Malik to have confirmed welcoming the last batch of the Pilgrims to Medina, kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prof. Sayed Malik appreciated Allah for the safe arrival of all the Pilgrims key from Oyo state to holy land and prayed for the successful performance of their Hajj duties.
The Chairman however used the medium to remind the intending Pilgrims to be law- abiding and desist from any act that can jeopardize their Hajj and tarnish good image of the state and Nigeria as a whole.
Prof. Sayed further stated that over 900 intending Pilgrims’ from the State have successfully arrived in Saudi Arabia.
