Ege, Yinka Ayefele’s Band Captain, Is Dead

Waheed Adekola,popularly known as, Ege and the Band lead of Ibadan-based musician, Dr Yinka Ayefele, is reportedly dead.

Nigerian Tribune while quoting reliable sources said Ege died on Friday morning after complaining of body pains earlier.

“Since then, he had remained indoors, apparently, undergoing treatment.

“The news of Ege’s death came as a shock to the musical band currently out of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, for an outing,” Nigerian Tribune reported.

No official word from the ace musician as at the time of filing this report.
