Crown Football Club, Ogbomoso has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba James Odeniran ,The Alakinyele Of Akinyele 1,on his re-election as the Chairman of Oyo State Football Association in the election held on Thursday 20th June , 2019 at Ladalop Hotel in Bodija, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The democratically free, fair, credible, very transparent and acceptable election which witnessed in attendance major stakeholders in the round leather game and supervised by Alhaji Majekodunmi, who represented the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) board saw the new chairman pool eleven (11) votes to return unopposed.
Mr Rollanson Odeh,the General Manager of Crown FC , who congratulated and appreciated the new chairman for the great iconic roles played so far in ensuring the game of football developed in the state on behalf of the team also urged the selfless monarch to consolidate on his earlier feats and bring in more current innovations and developmental programmes that will move the game forward.
“I’m not amazed at your re-election,Kabiesi,as he is fondly called, because of your past records in the football fraternity . This will enable you to continue the good works you’ve been known for. I implore you to take the game to the zenith by bringing in innovations and development plans. I wish you a very successful tenure, Sir”, the Crown FC arrow head submitted.”
