Oyo state governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde has postponed the state’s quarterly media chat indefinitely.

This is coming as confirmed cases of coronavirus spreads across Nigeria. Oyo state has one confirmed case since March 21.
In a tweet via his official Twitter handle, the governor said he will hold a tweetchat at 12noon tomorrow, March 28th.
He said issues surrounding the state’s preparedness for COVID-19 and other matters will be addressed.

“My quarterly media chat which should have held tomorrow, has been postponed, indefinitely.
” In its place, I will hold a tweetchat at 12 Noon tomorrow, Saturday March 28, 2020, to address issues regarding the state’s preparedness for COVID-19 and other matters,” Governor Makinde tweeted.
