Ibadan-born Kemi Olunloyo and daughter of the former Governor of Oyo state, Omololu Olunloyo, has just ended her journalism career in Nigeria.
As posted on her Instagram page yesterday, Kemi Olunloyo explained how Nigeria has become unpleasant for her career through the criminal defamation law in the Nigerian Police criminal code.

Having signed off from journalism, she has now decided to continue with Public Relations and navigate the interest of potential journalists and advocate for the freedom of the press.
She has however decided to begin her Public Relations career.
On March 14, 2017, Kemi Olunloyo was arrested and charged with criminal defamation but later released from custody on June 5.
