The lawmaker representing Ibadan South East Constituency 2, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige is now the new minority leader of the Oyo state house of assembly, Insideoyo reports.
Insideoyo.com reliably gathered that Hon. Ige, member of the accord party, now becomes the minority, following the announcement Hon Joshua Ojo Olagunju as the new Speaker.

Olagunju Ojo emerged unopposed on Tuesday as the deputy speaker, AbdulWasi Musa backed off from the race ‘over irregularities’, sources told Insideoyo.com
This followed his nomination by Honourable Joshua Oyebamiji of Akinyele I seconded by Honourable Gbenga Oyekola of Atiba constituency, at Tuesday’s plenary.
