Oba James Odeniran has been re-elected as the chairman of Oyo State Football Association (OYSFA), Insideoyo.com reports.
He was returned unopposed on Thursday morning after the association’s election which was held in Ibadan, the state capital.
Odeniran produced 11 votes to return as the chairman while Issac Kolawole was re-elected as vice chairman.
The election had 11 delegates comprises – Ibadan Zonal Football Association, Oyo Zonal Football Association, Ogbomoso Zonal Football Association, Saki Zonal Football Association, Eruwa Zonal Football Association, Oyo State Football Referees Council, Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Oyo State chapter, Nigeria National League, Nationwide League 1, Women League and Players Union
Insideoyo.com recalls that Odeniran was first elected as Chairman of the association in 2015 in a landslide victory at an election held at Emmanuel Alayande College Of Education, Oyo.
