Bamie Sculpted Grace, a home healthcare service provider, has been formally launched in Ibadan, Oyo State, with a mission to bring quality medical care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
At the launch event, held at Jagz Hotel, Iyaganku, the founder, Dr. Bamidele Awe, emphasized the importance of home healthcare in improving overall well being, particularly for the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.
“Healthcare should be a priority for everyone, not just something we seek when we fall ill. Many elderly individuals and those with chronic conditions face difficulties in accessing regular hospital care.
we are bringing professional healthcare services to their doorsteps, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve without unnecessary stress or delays,” she stated.

Bamie Sculpted Grace will function in two capacities: as a non-governmental organization dedicated to serving the less privileged and as a private home healthcare provider working in partnership with relevant health institutions.
The event featured a lecture by Dr. Yemisi Folashire, a nutritionist , who spoke on the significance of nutrition in maintaining overall health.
She emphasized the importance of proper eating habits and meal timing, particularly for aging individuals.
“As we grow older, our metabolism naturally slows down, so it’s important to maintain a balanced diet and eat nutritious foods. ,” she advised.
While speaking at the event, the Oyo State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi, who was represented, commended the initiative and encouraged its expansion beyond elderly care to benefit individuals of all age groups.
Also present at the event is representatives from the Ministry of Women Affairs, Oyo State Health Insurance Agency, as well as friends, family, and well-wishers.
