The First Babaloja General of Oyo State, Alhaji Y.K. Abass, has felicitated with Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on the occasion of his birthday. He prayed for more knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to continue guiding the affairs of the state.
Alhaji Y.K. Abass also condoled with the state government over the stampede that occurred during a funfair party in Ibadan. The Babaloja General wished all traders and market leaders in the state a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.

Alhaji Y.K. Abass used the opportunity to urge traders in all markets across the state to switch off all electrical appliances when closing their daily trading activities to prevent fire disasters.
