Oyo State government is marking the six years of the Governor Abiola Ajimobi administration with the launch of six key projects in the state.
The projects are:
1. 4,000 hectares Pacesetter-Polaris free trade zone
2. Health insurance scheme
3. Aso oke market
4. Tutorial centre
5. Inaugurate a bridge
6. Statewide N200 health insurance scheme
Secretary to the State Government Mr. Olalekan Alli listed the projects in company of the Head of Service, Mr. Soji Eniade; Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Toye Arulogun; Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Mr. Bimbo Kolade and Special Adviser to the Governor on Communication and Strategy, Mr. Yomi Layinka.
Alli allayed the fears of villagers to be affected by the free trade zone project that they would be resettled and compensated.
