No fewer than 19 Corp members were injured on Monday in a lone accident involving a Nissan Civilian bus at Danco area of Sagamu along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the injured corp members were travelling to their places of primary assignment in Ota after the three-week orientation exercise, which ended on Monday at the National Youth Service Corps Camp in Sagamu.
NAN reports that the injured corp members, comprising nine males and 10 females, were treated at nearby Julius Berger Plc and Federal Road Safety Corps clinics, while four with critical injuries were taken to the Ogun State University Teaching Hospital in Sagamu.
No life was lost in the accident.
