The Shooting stars football club’s media head, Jubril Arowola has resigned his appointment after 14 years with the football club.
Arowolo announced his resignation in a series of tweets on Thursday.
The media personality is contesting for the Oyo state house of assembly, Ibadan North LGA1 Constituency l.
He wrote :
“I quit .@Official3SC as #MediaHead for active politics after 14 years, 10 month of selfless services and contributions.
“The experience is for a life time. To Allaah SWT be the g!ory. Thank you all for the opportunities.”
A tweet on the official twitter handle of the club also confirmed his resignation.
“Arowolo Quits 3SC for politics.
Shooting Stars Media Head, @arowolojubril has resigned his appointment with the club for active participation in politics.
“The entire staff and fans wish you well.”
