Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to serve as Adhoc Staff in the forthcoming Local Government Council Election into the thirty-three (33) Local Government Councils and thirty-five (35) Local Council Development Areas.

3. Collation Officers
4. Supervisors
5. Presiding Officers
6. Poll Clerks
7. Poll Ordelies
Insideoyo.com had earlier reported that the electoral umpire had fixed May 12, 2018 for the conduct of the local government council polls in Oyo state.
The elections, which should have taken place in February 2017, was suspended following a an Abuja Federal High Court order instituted by some traditional rulers and community heads over contentious issues in of the newly created LCDAs.
The Baales agreed to withdraw the case in December 2017 and the government got the go-ahead to conduct the elections.
Applicants for the Position of Adhoc Staff must be:
- a non-card carrying member of a political party
- at least a Secondary School Certificate holder or its equivalents
- member of National Youth Service Corps.
